4. Packaging & Transit Safety

Every saree and blouse undergoes strict quality checks, careful folding, and secure packaging to preserve fabric quality, embroidery, zari, and finish.

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier partner, Enswathe is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather disruptions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid mobile number.

Address changes can only be requested before dispatch and cannot be guaranteed once the order is shipped.

If a return is approved due to damage or a verified issue, we will arrange or reimburse return shipping within India.
